Acclaimed concert harmonica player performs with York Symphony Orchestra

The York Symphony Orchestra will welcome “King of the Harmonica” Robert Bonfiglio to the Strand Theatre, combining his classic sound with its symphonic melodies.
Bonfiglio, who has traveled around the globe performing at traditional and pops orchestra concerts, will play music by Heitor Villa-Lobos and Elvis Presley. As one of the most prominent concert harmonica players in the world, he has performed at the Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall and has appeared on CBS Morning Show, Live with Regis and Kathy Lee and Larry King Live.
The symphony will perform Franz Liszt’s “Hungarian Rhapsody” and the overture to “The Poet and Peasant” by Franz von Suppé.
