Dogapalooza event will present musical showcase to benefit local animal shelter

Celebrate man’s best friend during the first Dogapalooza benefit concert, taking place Saturday at Little Buffalo State Park.
The Helen O. Krause Foundation, a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter, will sponsor an evening of country, folk and bluegrass music, showcasing the bands Voxology, Bucky’s Brother, Sharon Shech and the Southern Stars, and Cumberland Bound.
Tanya Foster from WHP-TV will host the event, which will also include games, face painting, art, food and a dog adopt-athon.
Proceeds will help benefit renovations to the foundation’s shelter in Dillsburg.
Dogapalooza will take place rain or shine.
