Harrisburg better prepare, because the Urban Guerilla Orchestra is coming and its show packs a punch.
Its like that sports car that goes from zero to 60 in a matter of seconds, said Henri McMillian, the bands director. Once we get rolling let the games begin.
The Philadelphia-based band will headline the Harrisburg Jazz and Multi-Cultural Festival Saturday with a free performance.
It will be the best money that you did not spend, McMillian said.
The free two-day festival beginning Saturday will feature more than 25 performances from bands including rap, rock and pop.
